We negotiate discounted rates with our hotels that players can take advantage of if they wish.  If a hotel is not busy it may be possible to get a cheaper rate using a different promotion, so please feel free to do so.  You should also check the rate using no promotion code at all.

To book a room at a UK event simply click here and remember to tell us your required check in date ; check out date ; number of guests and preferred room type.

It may be that you wish to share a room, but have no-one to share with.  If that is the case please email us at info@e2e4.org.uk and we will try to put you in touch with similar individuals.
